Refund Policy
This document outlines VHelp’s policy regarding Online Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations (“Policy”). It applies solely to activities conducted via the VHelp website vhelptechnologies.com (“Website”) and does not extend to offline or unrelated operations.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
The Website user will receive a payment confirmation by email on the email address given at the time of order. The confirmation will be sent by the Company after the payment has been processed as soon as practically possible.

REFUNDS.
If a customer finds the service unsatisfactory or believes it resulted in property damage, it is their responsibility to report the issue by emailing vhelptechnologies.com within 24 hours of the event.

VHelp will make reasonable efforts to offer compensation for any valid loss. However, compensation or refunds are not guaranteed. At its sole discretion, the Company may issue a full or partial refund to the affected user.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original method of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, based on the policies of the card-issuing bank.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS.
To cancel or reschedule a service, customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Late cancellations will be subject to the VHelp’s cancellation policy.

Cancellations made:

  • More than 12 hours in advance: 100% refund
  • Between 6–12 hours: 75% refund
  • Less than 6 hours: 50% refund
